As a client, I feel I have been kept well informed of all developments
and even though the property is effectively 'unused' you made sure my

the property and informed your other colleague in order that she was

We've been using Curtis & Bains since May 2008, first as a tennant and then since Oct 2010 they've been managing our leased property. So we've seen how they operate on both sides of the 'rental fence'. They've always been very efficient in terms of dealing with any issues that need to be fixed, make payments promptly, and are fair to both the tennant and the landlord. I would be happy to recommend them.
